Step by step, you’ll learn to master your first descents and enjoy the thrill of skiing.

Depending on group size, lessons may be mixed with adults — a great way to share the experience and have even more fun on the slopes!

Frequently asked questions

Is wearing a helmet mandatory?
Yes, helmets are mandatory for children and teens, and strongly recommended for adults.
Is insurance included in the lesson price?
No, the esf does not provide insurance for its students. We recommend checking your personal coverage and, if necessary, taking out ski insurance. For more information, please visit our dedicated "Insurance" page.
Is the ski pass included in the course price?
No, the ski pass is not included in the course price and is required to access the ski lifts. However, you can add it as an option when booking your course.

A few tips: 
  • Beginners and Class 1: The weekly Grand Domaine pass is recommended (day passes are more expensive). A special “Adult Initiation” pass at a reduced rate is available from age 13, only when booked together with a ski course.
  • For other levels: The Grand Domaine pass is required.
