For a safe experience, we provide all the necessary safety gear (avalanche beacon, backpack, shovel, probe) and teach you how to use it. Choose your adventure length: 2.5, 3.5, or 7 hours—whatever suits your mood!

Your most frequently asked questions
Is insurance included in the lesson price?
No, the esf does not provide insurance for its students. We recommend checking your personal coverage and, if necessary, taking out ski insurance. For more information, please visit our dedicated "Insurance" page.
Is equipment included in the lessons?
- No, the equipment specific to your discipline is not included in the course price. Be sure to rent it before your session.
- Exceptions :
- For sit-ski courses, Tandem ski and Dual ski equipment are provided.
- For Nordic walking, Nordic walking poles are included.
- For laser rifle shooting activities, the rifles are provided by esf.
- Esf also provides safety equipment (shovel, probe, avalanche transceiver) when needed.
