From age 10, join our group laser rifle sessions in the late afternoon.

For 45 minutes, step into the shoes of a biathlete and sharpen your concentration, with some fun physical exercises mixed in to keep things lively.

Safe, accessible, and great fun with laser rifles, this activity is perfect for friendly competition and sharing a memorable time with family or friends!

Frequently asked questions

Is insurance included in the lesson price?
No, the esf does not provide insurance for its students. We recommend checking your personal coverage and, if necessary, taking out ski insurance. For more information, please visit our dedicated "Insurance" page.
Is equipment included in the lessons?
  • No, the equipment specific to your discipline is not included in the course price. Be sure to rent it before your session.
  • Exceptions :
    - For  sit-ski courses, Tandem ski and Dual ski equipment are provided.
    - For Nordic walking, Nordic walking poles are included.
    - For laser rifle shooting activities, the rifles are provided by esf.
  • Esf also provides safety equipment (shovel, probe, avalanche transceiver) when needed.
